Tappet plate is made by sintered powder material (also known as SLS 3D print).
The production is provided by the professional 3D printer EOS P396, which achieves excellent precision and quality of the printed parts.
The production technology used guarantees absolute geometric and dimensional accuracy.
In this case, there is no bending of the nose with the nozzle.
We recommend combining with the bullets supply cam EOS.
With this combination, we guarantee the following cycle:
• 17% of the working cycle time - Opening hop-up chamber
• 30% of the working cycle time - holding open hop-up chamber
• 19% of the working cycle time - closing hop-up chamber
• 34% of the working cycle time - hop-up chamber closed (shot)
